Come and meet the stunning snow white Snow Queen on stilts as she blasts about the streets of Bognor Regis. She will be joined by the globe walking pointy eared Ice Elf from Lapland. She globe walks on a huge white snowball, juggling smaller snowballs and throwing large handfuls of fake snow. Endlessly mischievous, she leaves a little piece of the North Pole wherever she goes.
